With a multi-discipline background, Ron utilizes a consultative approach to problem definition and solution design and is experienced with working on both the strategic and implementation elements of complex management solutions.

Ron has been working with HR Professionals for over 20 years and was involved in early Talent Management and HRIS solutions when these solutions began to gain market acceptance. Ron has spent considerable time in the Employee Research space and works with many client and partner organizations regarding best practices and methodology considerations. Ron is responsible for driving ClearPicture’s product and service vision.

With more than twenty years of experience in leadership roles including CEO/COO/VP level responsibilities Ron understands business from many angles and brings this approach to Employee Research initiatives by ensuring that these initiatives are properly aligned with driving business value through enabling organizational goals.
Ron has worked extensively on engagements with organizations throughout North America and has established a reputation of integrity and a “client-first” approach. As CEO of ClearPicture, Ron ensures that the ClearPicture team maintains a singular focus on the commitment to deliver quality solutions based on clearly defined client requirements.

Kwan Jee, Chief Technology Officer & VP Partner Solutions
Marshaling the expertise and experience of his IT developers, Kwan has created an exciting environment of technological innovation. ClearPicture’s robust, secure, scalable and flexible feedback and reporting technologies ensure the most stable and seamless environment for each of ClearPicture’s clients’ unique needs, providing customized features as well as time-saving efficiencies, greater capacity and ongoing, reliable support. Prior to joining ClearPicture, Kwan held various positions as senior Software Engineer, Chief Solution Architect and Development Manager at Knowledge House Publishing and Jacque Whitford Environment Engineering Company in Nova Scotia. His major achievements in these organizations include building innovative software applications using state-of-the-art technology to solve business problems within the educational, scientific, environmental and pharmaceutical industries. Kwan received Bachelor of Science and Master of Computer Science degrees from Dalhousie University, and has over 12 years experience as a senior software developer and consultant.
