Scott F. Murray, President and Chief Executive Officer

As the President and CEO of OrganizationMetrics Inc. (OMI), Scott’s ambition to build out a full Talent Management offering led him to immediately recognize the enormous potential at ClearPicture Corporation (CPC) in 2009. Scott led the merger of OMI and CPC and has since been able to leverage the companies’ similar cultures and technology to quickly build up the front and back ends of the OMI talent suite while broadening the very diverse client and partnership bases.

Scott's depth of knowledge in the talent management market and extensive experience with global sales and business development has been instrumental in forging a strong vision for the union of OMI and CPC. As President and CEO of OMI since 2005, Scott has focused on positioning the company in global markets, acquiring new technology, strengthening its partnerships and building its client base.

Over the past 18 years, Scott has held leadership positions with organizations providing HR solutions to Global 2000 corporations with a specific focus on international recruitment and performance management. His industry experience includes financial services, high technology and manufacturing.

Mark S. Perry, Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer of both Organization Metrics Inc. (OMI) and ClearPicture Corporation (CPC), Mark carries the responsibility of accelerating the synergistic aspects of the merger while maintaining the competitive aspects of the companies that make them each world leaders in what they deliver to the client on a daily basis. Since 2009 Mark has been focused on building and integrating internal processes, resources and technology that greatly leverage the combined companies while seamlessly broadening the offering to all clients, both new and existing.

Mark has over 15 years of upper management experience in the Manufacturing, Construction, and Oil & Gas Industries, with his past activities based in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. His career includes leadership roles in operations, project management, quality and engineering with large multinational companies. This breadth of experience helps Mark position OMI and CPC for further growth and globalization efforts, while allowing him to provide his teams with real insights into all aspects of the total client experience.

Kwan Jee, Chief Technology Officer

Marshaling the expertise and experience of his IT developers, Kwan has created an exciting environment of technological innovation. ClearPicture’s robust, secure, scalable and flexible feedback and reporting technologies ensure the most stable and seamless environment for each of ClearPicture’s clients’ unique needs, providing customized features as well as time-saving efficiencies, greater capacity and ongoing, reliable support.

Prior to joining ClearPicture, Kwan held various positions as senior Software Engineer, Chief Solution Architect and Development Manager at Knowledge House Publishing and Jacque Whitford Environment Engineering Company in Nova Scotia. His major achievements in these organizations include building innovative software applications using state-of-the-art technology to solve business problems within the educational, scientific, environmental and pharmaceutical industries. Kwan received Bachelor of Science and Master of Computer Science degrees from Dalhousie University, and has over 12 years experience as a senior software developer and consultant.
